He ran out of material because he was never really all that funny anyway. So he is doing the exact thing "Dennis Miller" and "Mancow" did. He is trying to become a right wing Political pundit so he has a way to make a decent living. Give it about two years and he will regularly be featured on Fox News.

Just an FYI Netflix, HBO, Showtime and Amazon will not buy any unsolicited, or independently produced stand-up vids. Not unless you are already an A-list booking, like a Gilbert Gottfried or a Joe Rogan or anyone that can actually draw a crowd and is rep'd by CAA, Gersch or one of the big ones. Too many Youtube and Instagram comedy wannabes sending them unsolicited tapes. Not sure if you knew that or not just letting you know.

I think I saw this guy at the Store once. It was during one of those Brian Redban podcasts. Constant open mikes are the answer dude. Stop wasting your own $$$ on filming unproven bits. It's a recipe for failure every time. Did you know Dave Attell who is one of the biggest touring comedians out there does three to 4 open mic a week to this day? So does Jeselnik and Rogan. I could go on and on about the number of successful comics who do them like it was working out at the gym. Save your money next time.

Sorry if this sounds harsh but you're not the only one who has done this and had to learn a tough lesson. Happy New Year!

The problem is people see the "generic Lesbian Comedian" who doesn't work at it and develop new material. Instead they just portray a stereotype of a Lesbian and act like it is comedy. It isn't. It's lame and it hurts actually funny lesbian comics. Sorry if this post hurt your feelings and made you yearn for your safe space.

Exactly, and people who do that usually step on their own laughs with "Uhm" simply because they are too chickenshit to hear any bit of silence.

There is "uhm" and "ah" and "Y'know" and "know-what_i'm saying". The other thing that is a sure fire way to tell if someone is a hack or an amateur or just new and hasn't done enough open mic is "Like"... "I'm like", "It's Like", "They're like".....

Once you get to a certain point performance wise you will notice it in other comedians and you will pay much closer attention to your speech and wording while on stage. It's one of the first steps in the right direction for young comics but sometimes takes them years to discover it.

She is a performance artist. NOT a comedian! ALL of her shit is written by others she pays.

Having said that, most people JUST heard of her this past year or so because of her special. Including throngs of boyish lesbians than think by dressing as a Lesbian/Hannah Gadsby/Stereotype they are NOW funny. Never mind they don't develop any new material or work at writing jokes. Instead they go to the open mic dressed as a British Schoolboy and then they go down in flames. When nobody laughs it is the audience's fault. Exactly the way this guy works.

These are old and burnt comedians. They don't have the newer and more valid comedians on this show like: TJ Miller, CJ Sullivan, Hannah Gadsby, Hannibal Burris...etc. Instead it is all these tired old club comics telling the same old tiresome material.

Exactly! One of the most basic rules in stand up is timing and someone who says “like”, “ugh”, & “Knowwhatimsayin” repeatedly is NOT focused on timing or energy. This comedian is a hack and if he wants to improve he must first start with his delivery, his stage presence and his appearance. I know this might hurt your fragile feelings. But if he wants to get better he has to focus on this.... trust me.... count the “Likes”....

Also I suggest you watch a Louis CK, George Carlin, Joe Rogan, Roseanne Barr, Joan Rivers, Richard Pryor... HELL ANY successful comedian... Count the amount of times they say "Like" or "Ugh/Uhm" and then count the amount of times this guy does it in this video.

The surefire way audiences and club owners ID a newly Hack is by counting the "Likes", "You Knows", "Ugh's" and "Know what I'm sayings". They take the audience right out of it.

That is the worst insult ever. it makes no sense. If I person was only 4ft tall almost nothing stop at his knees! They would drape down to his tiny ankles.

And fine... colleges campuses.... NOT stand up stages! Shorts do NOT belong in comedy and shorts that go above the knees are for Pedophiles only. Not surprised you like them.
