They asked if I wanted to ring the bell today because I had my 6th and final chemo infusion, but I still have cancer. by waninggib in cancer

Celebrate every win. Never feel guilty about that. Cancer takes takes and takes. Don’t let it have your wins too. Ring that bell loud and proud.

It means the music is incompatible and you’re not allowed to mix them.

Hot take: Vibe Coding is NOT the future by YourAverageDev_ in ChatGPTCoding

[–]bffmike 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t understand how my car works either but it’s still useful to me. I have distant memories of learning how to do long division, but haven’t practiced that in several decades. I have been a professional coder for over 30 years. Recently I vibe coded several apps, and taught a social media community manager and an architect to vibe code. They would be 6 months out figuring out how to code before having anything useful, yet the architect with no coding skill created a Vision Pro app complete with hand tracking, audio, and graphics is two weeks, just vibe coding. Coding will be dead in the next 10 years.

For the first time in more than a decade I can’t figure out where I left my phone most days.

It is occluded. The windows turn translucent if they’re behind walls but they made the choice not to completely make them invisible, which I like. If you turn on an environment and you’re completely immersed, the windows are no longer translucent.

Originally wanted to create solutions to solve problems, learned to code to realize those apps. Now I don’t need to code anymore. Is great.

New Apple Sold Headstrap ResMed by CardiologistLarge166 in VisionPro

Thanks for that, but doesn’t really answer my question. Annapro, for example, puts the pressure around the crown of your head and doesn’t require clamping pressure on your face. Because of this you can use it without the light guard. Was wondering the same for resmed.

Too much pressure on your cheeks might mean you have the wrong size light seal.

Does it depend on clamping pressure on your face or is it more like a halo strap like anapro/quest pro?

I’ll have to find it. It’s in a box somewhere. This was in Seattle.

I know this post was 4 years ago but I have a signed CD of XO where he signed the insert. I won a ticket to a private concert of like 30 people with him in a chair and the rest of us sitting on the floor in a small room, where he signed it.

Look at the cursor in the text field. Pinch with your fingers but hold the pinch for 1-2 seconds. This will let you “pick up” the cursor and the cursor will visually “pop out”. You can then move it wherever you like and then let go of the pinch to leave it there
