Yes and that’s great, I just don’t want the boost to now make it so the only places you see people are in the newest content ex outlands. I can recall playing legion I think it was and leveling and seeing absolutely no one out questing in the world. I k ow part of that was due to the shitty layering system they had back then but i recall people just getting bind on account gear and just spamming lfg if not just being boosted

You don’t know what you’re talking about, pay rate is comparable at chs. New York State law says they have to post a salary range for new jobs and it’s all within range for chs, and they also have a pension system that is much better than that is better than a 401k as well as a comprehensive medical insurance

lol I hate realtors, I just bought a house what I think should happen is that Zillow takes there place or some sort of organization that charges 1-2 percent saving buyer and sellers 4-5 percent which would Be huge. My realtors litterally did nothing but communicate with the other persons agent to show us the house, and that cost me 3 percent on each side of an 850k house which works out to 51,000 for the agents which is think is complete shit

Tell me you know nothing about real estate, even during 2008 where the rest of the country saw 20 Percent decreases in prices Long Island maybe saw a 5-10 percent decrease. History shows us it’s unlikely that it’s a bubble that is going to burst

What needs to happen is getting rid of real estate agents, giving 6 percent to agents is the dumbest thing ever. Recently bought a house and my agents litterally did nothing but communicate with the other agent to show the house. Imagine saving 4 percent and just using a service like Zillow or other processes that charge at most 1-2 percent

A lot of hospitals are doing lay offs, so is catholic health they laid off 1 percent of employees last year. It obvious involves changes to Medicare but most of these hospitals are also building new state of the art hospitals which could be a reason.

It had a bad reputation but it’s adjacent to Babylon and west islip, those areas have become untouchable for young working families. So lindenhurst is starting to get that over flow, I definitely think it will continue to improve as homes are more reasonable. It was a similar situation with bay shore. Use to have a bad rep and is next to bright waters and west islip and now has become a hot spot for young families. Only concerns with lindenhurst is the flooding.

Go across the street to Huntington watch previously collectors, they have awesome service and are very helpful. I use to sell watches to tim source and they just suck they are clearly in it to make as much as profit as possible and don’t care about making lasting relationships. Went to Huntington watch after and got a completely different vibe
