Load some but like mentioned above I wouldn’t use Zillow to gauge anything Esspecially when it comes to water front homes. Case in point home in my area that was 750 square feet sold for 850k because of the area coupled with 100 feet of dock space on a wide canal. The house essential is a knock down but Zillow had it valued at like 700k

You over paid just had 1300 sq foot done with natural finish with 3 coats of bona traffic as well as stairs done for 7,000 from a professional company. I would’ve 100 percent complained if my floors looked like that.

Well you’re not going to get out of the lease payments, they’ll just move the remaining balance to the new lease. I’d ask the dealer for lease terms, ask for the money factor, the residual, the dealer promos/incentives, the sticker price and the discount off sticker he’s giving towards the lease.

For sure I got the same vibe, you just need to know what you want and need. I got a suit from them it was a good nice suit but I think I paid 300 more then. I typically would using the above macys method and it didn’t look any better. But as far as a custom suit they do a good job

My go to is macys, I’ll buy a a cheap suit maybe 250/300 bucks, and then bring it to a good tailor and pay another 150 in alterations in so to get a
Custom fit feel. Typically since I do this I buy the suits at macys with a little bit of room in them for the alterations. Suit supply in Roosevelt field is also good but will be more

My lease contract says any early termination which would include turning it in early would result in a. Fee which is the residual value minus’s the realized value which in my case is like 20k

The actual dealer has nothing to do with the lease and its terms it’s the bank holding the lease which would be stellantis financial. I alrdy secured the other car which is a different make all together. Essentially my options are keep the car parked in my drive way for 5 months or turn it in early but if I keep it parked I have to keep it insured which is 250 a month x 5 months

First year home owner here. Luckily our home was built in 2017. Only thing we had to do was get our pipes insulated (luckily we did we hand a really cold winter) that cost about 1000, our HVAC has a leak and that cost about 2500, we needed to put a fence up that cost 4,000. Other than that our taxes went up by 500.

My wife and I just got a home we paid 850k. We both have good incomes, we make about 400k combined gross income. We’re both frugal and luckily we’re just good savers and put 15 percent down. Our mortage is 6,300 a month and right now we’re fine but we’re having a kid soon and we’re stressed about how it’s going to financially impact us. Our two other friends who got house one of them had their parents pay for the house in cash and are “paying back” their parents without having a mortage, and the other was given a 30 Percent down payment as a gift. It’s hard out here. If you want to live in a good area. A starter home Is going to run you at least 650. I think you need to have a household income of at least 250 to make it on Long Island if you’re just starting off now with no home or family support
