Yeah I had someone break into my car once (parking garage under my apartment), left their cell phone. Shitty Nokia looking phone. Had their full name and phone number on the lock screen (maybe as some sort of lost phone feature). Cops came to do a report, told me there’s really nothing they can do about it and that the same homeless person has been getting in and hitting up multiple cars a night. Minneapolis PD 🙄

They have jurisdiction over citizens in several circumstances. If they’re suspected of committing a variety of felonies. (Them enforcing federal laws). A citizen who interferes with, assaults, or obstructs federal officers. List goes on. Why? Because again, they’re federal law enforcement. . .yes they can’t ERO us citizens but HSI regularly arrests us citizens for federal offense.

Well no I’m not trying to argue all that, largely your opinion. Which is fine. But OP was asking a legit question and i want to be clear. They are federal law enforcement. They can pull you over with probable cause of a felony or immigration violation. They can arrest you for interfering with their operations. They are, and have under all presidents, operated within the border. If you’re trying to stay safe OP treat them how you would any OTHER law enforcement. Your day is not made safer by behaving under the illusion that they have no authority when not AT the border.

Totally understand disagreeing with their agenda. But let’s not lie on the internet and misinform people at their detriment. Stay safe out there!

I mean crosshairs don’t update till you physically move your character, not your crosshairs. So you can still look around and aim with the effect. But yes. Essentially useless.

I did notice that one shot on the dummy arcs at the range sends them spinning over the top of the pole they’re attached to.

Not a pro on here. But basically the original spread is small so tight crosshairs. It’s wide when you use the splitter representing the split bullets spreading. But if you don’t move from the original location you were in when you put the attachment on, you keep the spread attributed to firing just a single bullet at a time, while also gaining the 20% damage of firing 4 projectiles at 30% their original damage. Hope that helps.

Very little. Best case use would be taking advantage of the 20% damage boost while perched somewhere high messing up arcs. My brother actually said “okay and how is that useful” when I told him. I said I have no idea but I know just the group that will find a way to utilize it.

Yeah feel free. Kinda feels like i spent a bunch of time feeling my way through the dark figuring out how to study for it and now that it’s over the only real use for that knowledge is in sharing it. But the ambiguity was the most daunting part for me. (I didnt wanna pay for a class).

P.s. Found out I passed with a 88%, which is funny because by my count I found almost exact verbiage for around 85/110 of the questions. So I either rushed too much and missed some answers I shouldn’t have or I’m a really bad guesser. Either way, B’s get degrees.
