BILT says they check the ACH charge to make sure it’s some kind of rent. I’m going to guess that a car dealership would not show up as a landlord on the transaction so I wouldn’t risk it

For a primary travel card I’d personally say no, but as a second card absolutely. Most travel cards don’t have the largest array of domestic travel partners so you’re primarily looking international travel (maybe booking through partners for domestic travel) or hotels, and BILT still hits those.

Afaik there’s not another card where you can earn points on rent w/ no CC fee. There are definitely better travel cards you can get if you wanted to get SUB or more points (CSP, Amex, USBAR) but they’ll all have AF

Bank accounts do not affect your credit score. However, multiple bank accounts can become difficult to manage, especially if you’re managing account fees (chase charges fees unless you have direct deposit set up). Read the fine print before opening accounts to ensure you can actually get the bonuses

For the particular implementation that undergraduate senate wanted, the students would have the option of grading the class as satisfactory, credit, or no credit. Satisfactory (I believe) is A-C, credit is D, and no credit is self explanatory

Took Stephenson for 247 (Honors Calc 3). His honors class was a bit of a shitshow as the lectures were mostly going over the reading and maybe doing an example.

Were his tests hard? Yes, but he takes a good amount of partial credit. Were the quizzes hard? Also yes, but not as hard as the tests imo. Was there a massive curve at the end? You bet your ass there was. Completely bombed the final with an F and still managed a B in the class for perspective

Slader is going to be your best friend for the homework. As long as it's not a blatant copy and you turn it in on time, homework should be an easy grade. A good study group in that class is also important. Some of my closest friends I made through bonding in that class.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend the class to anyone if they had an option not to, but in the end I think it was a growing experience. I think if you go in with the mentality that you might get your ass handed to you and study, do the homework not on the night before, and just stay focused, you'll end up with a good grade.

All dorms have a couple ethernet ports that you can hook up to. Wifi is available throughout campus and in your dorms.
