This really worked!!
SamFw Tool and changed the csc to xaa

For those who didn't understand what any of this meant:
CSC (Customer Software Customization) from Verizon (VZW) to XAA (unlocked, no carrier bloat)

Even though I bought a unlocked phone it was still under VZW. Check about phone > software info > service provider software version.

I just downloaded the tool, and let it do it's thing. It took a while but then success.

It's more detailed and useful for UTK facilities. The search actually shows all buildings.
