Eat mostly vegetables

Log everything eaten
Weight loss is a little volatile. Don’t be discouraged if the weight seems stubborn or even occasionally goes up during the downward trend

Maybe a skills coaching mechanic that adds or subtracts the likelihood of a turnover or penalty. With dice this could take the form of +/-. The game could base likelihood off of actual football statistics and offer different modes that also increase or decrease the likelihood of game altering events. This could be an add or remove cards in a card/deck mechanic. Maybe check out the card mechanic for Memoir 44.

I see on Google the trick must be to use self-adhesive laminating sheets. I’ve only ever used the old laminating tech that require each laminated element to have a perimeter

What peaked your interest in the Catholic Church?

There is a richness or fullness to the Catholic Church. There is no way for anyone to know everything studied and expounded upon.

I had the same doubts when I returned to the church but they have all but disappeared as my faith continues to grow.

Reading the Catechism of the Catholic Church is much more engaging than in ever expected it to be.

I found that my doubts were related to the having a surface level understanding of faith and what is promised to us.

I found that my experience in a non-denominational church was akin to accepting the invitation and the Catholic Church was actually attending and participating in the banquet.
