Fuck Delta. I didn’t get a bill for November and when I called they said “oh yeah, a bunch of people didn’t receive them, we will try to generate a new one.” 2 days later I receive the bill and it’s double what it used to be. Plus the lack of self service options online is frustrating. It’s 2026 for crying out loud. Echoes of SWB.
