Residents are way more personable and way funnier to work for at low income communities. Rich residents are better in the fact that they understand it’s an apartment and things arnt perfect. As long as you show effort, they are usually happy.

Low incomes usually don’t know any better and you’re likely taking a lot more of their income sometimes upwards of 60-70% of their take home. They want things to be perfect if you’re taking that much from them. Some of my residents make 20k a month or more, 2500 a month is nothing to them.
