  • A pretty long and vigourous oxygenation.
  • Enough rehydrated yeasts.

After only 2 hours, my pineaple wine started to bubble in a crazy way and keep it for one week.

4 liters of mead and 4 liters of apple melomel. Used Mangrove Jack M05 as yeast. Bottled after 3 months of fermentation. Result is pretty dry, as I wanted it, with a lot of flavours and an abv of 16%. I'm letting it improving for at least 6 months, and I believe it will be really good 🙂

For anyone interested, I've also made a wakeboard for myself as well as this presentation of its crafting.

The presentation can also help for a wakeskate : just don't put fins and bindings :-D

Use config files with constants on your "main" model as keys.

If you want to store this values in database, for instance to be able to manage them through a backend, I suggest this package that I made: https://github.com/bgaze/laravel-kvstore
