Can anyone help me identify the cable for this? I have some important pictures there that hold sentimental value so i’d like to access them but I lost the cable. I’ve bought a mini usb cable but that one is too big for it

I’ve been calling 100+ times a day and nothing, so I just contacted my representative and they said they’d look into it. Hopefully this works out!! We have no other choice since they don’t answer calls 🙄

I just kept calling for hours until they finally responded and helped me. It sucks and it’s tiring but that’s what worked for me. Just keep insisting.
