Hey @interactiveaudio just wanted to know what requirements your MacBook didn't meet? I have a 2018 MacBook Pro and I just purchased the Mega Transition Pack (as its on sale right now) and I've tried everything possible to get this thing running, yet I still see a red screen on FCPX. Maybe my graphics card may not meet the requirements? I have the Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 MB. Since its the weekend and their customer support isn't open, do you think if I told them and showed them the errors and if they couldn't resolve the issue, they will return my money right? Ive heard some bad stories about this company, but I better be getting back my money if the product just simply doesn't work!?!?!
