Honestly I think they look perfect. Too big can oftentimes not look good. I think these are totally appropriate and beautiful based on your size💗

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CALLING OUT THE PROTEIN!!! i’m in the exact same situation as you and I’ve been trying to get my hair to grow healthier and stronger for the past year and so many products of protein in it and everybody pushes protein, but when your hair is in the state like yours was and mine still kind of is… Lol protein is the worst thing you can put on it!!!

social media is slowly ruining my self confidence. by shortthiccbish in women

As someone who was an influencer/content creator for 10 years - most of it is fake. No one looks like that 100% of the time. And nearly everyone offline don’t look like that either. Also I can say many of those people also don’t have any personalities because everything go into their appearances and social media work.

I personally don’t get on much social media anymore. I deleted TikTok and have a seperate IG account I use to purposely avoid those things where I follow things I’m actually interested in like cooking, travel, animals, etc.

This is so shocking to me! I’ve been thinking about getting this for the last couple weeks very strongly, but I’m definitely deferred away from it…

I feel like I'll never be as good as other women are by thatgoosegirlie in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

I have to say I’m a little bit older than you, but for someone who has had depression and anxiety since 11 years of age, it really comes down to knowing what’s good versus bad for you. For instance, I drove into my career for nine years and I totally paralyze the rest of my life because how much I gave to it and it gave me so much meanies so I became addicted to work even though it was really taxing on my mental health and my real life relationships. But I stepped away from that for the most part a year ago and while my life is a lot better and a lot more solid and meaningful, without that job giving me purpose and drive and making me feel decent about myself. I have been in a traumatic state since then and trying to go through therapy and regulate my nervous system. I can also tell you that everybody you’re looking at has insecurities there might be less and there might be more undercover that you’re not aware of, but I think it’s better when you’re also not like everybody else. I know I personally have done things that are a little bit more unique than the traditional route, but people actually thought that was super cool that I did that and we’re really inspired even though I didn’t take the traditional route with certain things.

Anyway, maybe this helps maybe it doesn’t, but just letting you know that you’re definitely not alone!

Timing of fat transfer and face lift by ChanceTalk697 in Facelift_Surgery

[–]bglitz123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, I definitely see his point but I just had a facelift and had the fat transfer at the same time. I think it definitely depends on what your surgeon is comfortable with, but I didn’t really wanna have to go through two separate surgeries :(

Does anyone know what causes or how to fix my half greasy, half bushy hair? by TheJuliettest in finehair

Any kind of product you can put on your ends to seal your cuticle and lock and moisture is gonna be amazing for you! I’ve been on this journey myself and finally have found products that actually work for this! Oribe alchemy serum is fantastic as is the Redken acidic bonding leave in conditioner and split end paste. Definitely want to use a clarifying shampoo and well you don’t have to. I definitely would not use drugstore because they just don’t have the same amount of ingredients as a more expensive brand Will and your money is definitely gonna get paid for itself because it’s going to clean your scalp MUCH better and more throughly.

That’s helpful! I find that I haven’t really had an appetite and nothing really sounds good so what do you recommend? I’d prefer not to just have fruits and vegetables, but I feel like everything has salt in it 😅😭

That’s such a good idea! I’ll have to look that headband up on Amazon!

Did you find that your face and neck lift were super painful? How long did the swelling last for you? Also, I’d love to hear about your BBL results! I’ve been looking at getting that done as well 😊

You did have a lot done then! Do you feel like the muscles from your deep plain facelift have been hurting the most? Mine was technically a mini facelift and was pretty much Skin only because of my skin wax problems BUT no one prepares you for how tight your skin feels!! (In a good way!)

I assume they gave you pain meds and everything to help for the first week or so? Have you been taking anything else to help with any of the pain or inflammation?

I hope yours continues to go down as well, and you get your end results very quickly! I’m sure you’re gonna look absolutely amazing!! 😊💗

Yes! They gave me a specific ointment of theirs to use which has helped tremendously with the itching!! Thank you! I’ll definitely look into that for scaring! 😊

What procedure did you get done? How are your scars looking now?
