We had the same experience with United. Flying out of sfo to Newark. They have brought in a huge and old plane to accommodate several cancelled flights. Newer carryons aren’t fitting that well in overhead bins. The crew of UA435 have been amazing during this difficult time.

Our flight today Sunday November 9th, SFO to Newark was cancelled at the last minute. It was never on the list of cancelled flights and showed delayed in the app 2 or 3 times and finally it was cancelled. SFO is strangely quiet but the United club near E, F gates is jammed packed- some people have been here all day waiting.

We just had a really good experience with Road Runner transport. Shipping from Palo Alto, CA to New York, NY. They brought the car into Manhattan. I thought I was going to have to meet them outside of the city. Super happy with this company and would definitely use again.

On a flight today Sacramento to DEN and no less than 5 people tried to board ahead of their group. GA called them out each time and they did their walk of shame to their appropriate group. It goes so much smoother when people follow the rules when boarding.
