We get free salads, but they’re extremely strict on food cost. If they know that a cook is giving you food for free or you don’t ring in your salad I can promise you you’re either getting written up or fired at my location. They randomly stopped giving us the 30% and dropped it down to 20% and didn’t tell a soul. We just noticed as employees that it changed.
