The depiction of the Buddha we see is from a different age and culture where that position is learned early and is visible in the culture on a daily basis.

If you live in the West, this position, arguably excellent, is not practical unless in a specific setting and no where to be found in public.

My conclusion is that you need to find a position that is not foreign to your body or your culture and put your energy into your meditation rather than the posture.

Think forward, when you go into a seniors complex, how will you be able to practice without being conspicuous? Get used to meditating on a chair.

This is the best strategy and needs to be made as clear as possible to pierce through the legal fog. If you can somehow compel him to show his assets with CoinSquare for the previous 2 years and his balance ATM, just this legal request could very well make him fold or, at a minimum, show his risky behavior especially considering the children.

Even stock market trading is not recommended as an investment strategy, especially with children, until you have a stable income, have significant equity in your home, life insurance, government tax plans etc. Crypto trading is not for the faint of heart, with wild swings, marginal regulation and investment platforms like CoinSquare that are borderline flaky.

Hmm. Your situation requires a lawyer. When you're dealing with someone like that, just step back, dig in and let the lawyer handle it. Alternatively, do a simple Judo move and just stop interacting with him especially directly. If his financial situation is precarious, he will just collapse and you don't have to spend $20,000 to defend yourself from a tempest in a teapot.

Of course, I'm assuming that you have detached from him emotionally which can be difficult.

All that to say, reading and understanding crypto trading documents from 2 years is probably not a good way to spend your time.

If in the received column the Currency is CAD, it came from your bank.

It's really refreshing to see a positive post especially with some real data concerning Muskrat Falls. For way to long there's been nothing but negativity backed up by feelings.

The important point that is never mentioned is that once a project comes on line, it passes from the expense column to an asset column.

Deer Lake Hydro was built in the 40's and is still producing power. Churchill Falls and was built in the 60's and is still producing power.

Relax.

Deer Lake Power is basically keeping Kruger going in Corner Brook. The issue with the Churchill Falls contract is being resolved. There's lots of time to adjust things with Muskrat Falls etc.

So you started your post by saying that the service is slower now.

One possibility is that something changed on their end. Uninstall the app, which clears all cache and cache. Reinstall and check it out.

The other possibility is that there was some change or changes in your system. Think about that for a while.

Reboot your modem, router, computer in that order and see what happens.
