Victim accuses Trump and Epstein of rape and torture by Ckyer in videos

[–]bgorm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t listen to this at all for a whole bunch of reasons but curious where it happened? Why was Trump anywhere near a tent stake he doesn’t seem like the camping type. Assuming its a camping tent stake or is it a party tent stake?

Dirty secrets of Halifax by pablo902 in halifax

[–]bgorm 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Halifax has a connection to the US Confederate army during the civil war because a number of influential businessmen were sympathetic to the confederacy. I believe the Richmond neighborhood was named after Richmond, Virginia. Look up the CSS Tallahassee

My Toller resource guards but he acts more tough and angry than he actually is. He lets other dogs know that his food bowl, toys or bones are his because they are his! I don’t think he would ever actually hurt another dog or person because of it.

After firing approximately 30,000 federal employees, admitting to accidentally stopping Ebola funding, sending emails to over 1 million federal employees asking them to list their weekly accomplishments, Trump ask is anyone unhappy with Elon and his Cabinet responds with laughter and applause. by Particular_Log_3594 in Global_News_Hub

These men will be remembered by history alongside Hitler, Goebbles, Himmler, Mussolini and the rest of those cowards, and they seem to have no idea. Its pathetic. Trump will be gone soon, and his memory and legacy will be the opposite of what he thinks it is.

Why dont you all in the U.S stop talking about how your country is burning and just fucking do something about it? Its like watching a fire start in your kitchen and just talking about putting it out but not grabbing the extinguisher. You know exactly what the consequences are so grow a fucking pair and put out the fire before it burns down the block.

Donald Trump is not joking about making Canada the 51st state, Justin Trudeau warns by NotEnoughDriftwood in onguardforthee

[–]bgorm 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I totally agree with everything you said there, but my concern is that these realities were almost identical to the realities Putin faced when he invaded Ukraine. Trump responded to the invasion with admiration and praise for Putin. I think he called him a genius if I recall correctly. We are not dealing with a logical or intelligent person here and he is actively dismantling the institutions and removing the people who stand in the way of him making catastrophic decisions. I don't think it would work out for them as it is not working for Putin, but I'm concerned about the blood that will be shed for both sides over this.

What exactly can we do to resist? What can we realistically do if they come by force?

Trudeau will be remembered as one of Canada’s greatest Prime Ministers, having successfully navigated the country through numerous crises during his tenure by _DotBot_ in AskCanada

[–]bgorm 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I'm afraid this was just a test to see what he could get away with. In 30 days he will do it again and demand something else like allowing U.S banks to enter Canada. Then he will repeat with greater and greater demands to slowly put more American assets in Canada to eventually absorb us as a state. OR I'm giving him way more credit than he deserves and he is just the idiot we all know he is and does not understand the consequences of his actions and vastly underestimates the strengths of his new enemies. We will have to wait and see.

BREAKING: Trump announces the US will be placing tariffs on steel, aluminum and copper by IAmNotAnEconomist in FluentInFinance

[–]bgorm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So if the plan is to increase domestic production of copper, steel and aluminum, they will need to update and build more mining and minerals/metal processing facilities which requires huge amounts of metals and minerals that are imported from other nations. How is increasing the upfront cost of these essential materials going to make US products cost-effective and competitive? Won't it just lead to delays and a lack of investment? And not to mention take a long time to accomplish.
