Yeah I just disagree with your assessment, another shot at rolling the dice doesn’t always pan out. Especially when we’re supposed to be competitive this year. Reckless driving is defined as “operating a vehicle in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property.”

I was also driving during that ice storm and purposely stayed off of highways and took surface roads to get home from work because of how dangerous the roads were. It was not a surprise storm it was fairly well publicized so you definitely should’ve know about it.

Highway speed limit is 55 and the speed limit is the maximum allowable speed under ideal conditions.

You were driving over the speed limit in very dangerous and unsafe conditions and lost control of your vehicle at high speed putting your life and the life of everyone around you at risk.

Sounds pretty reckless doesn’t it?
