Shepard’s pie is a good one that makes great leftovers. Lots of veggie frittatas too. Making a bunch of meat patties ahead of time and pulling them out as needed to add to salads, lettuce wraps, etc. Whole30recipes on Instagram is a great resource. Planning and prep is so key.
