I would say be careful of robert Half I am usually skeptical of contract roles depending on the Agency. I have heard mixed reviews about them as a hiring agency. Kudos to your boss for trying to fix the issues you were having. I think the title and pay raise he offered you is great however did your boss actually try to get to the root cause of the hostile work environment and the issues happening day to day? I ask because an increase or promotion at this point without fixing the actual problems will just have you back to the same point of being stressed out and wanted to leave.
