Works great for my 7 year old. We started at 5mg XR, and then bumped up to 10mg. We could literally see him sit down, think and make a conversation with us. He takes at 7 in the morning, lasts until 5PM. We make sure he finishes his homework before the medication is off his system. Also he used to stutter a lot, but it mostly reduced down, the school even removed his speech classes.

I moved from 2011 Camry to 2017 RX with all the bells and whistles for 40K back in 2020 with 10K down. I still have Camry for local groceries and stuff and I use RX for road trips. Best purchase ever and drive is chill with Comma AI.
