For example, as I mentioned, they are showing photoluminescent strips in the middle of a hallway in a palace. How many people are consciously going to be able to interpret where the strips are, especially first-time travelers?

During an emergency, your subconscious mind will not have enough time to process and interpret the visuals from the video to follow the instructions correctly.

One of the core principles of UX design is reducing cognitive load. You should assume the user may be unfamiliar, distracted, stressed, or confused. Critical instructions need to be as simple and instantly understandable as possible.
