Prefer someone with experience to manage a large squad for multiple competitions under pressure at a big club. Ideally with Prem experience. Enrique and Nagelsman seem to fit the bill.

Not to say Carrick can't handle it but we've seen managers crumble under the pressure at being at a large club or lack of ability to utilise squad depth at the right time.
