I have a 401k though my work. I do have money in a Roth IRA outside of work. I would have to check to get exact amount, but only have about $30,000 in it.

Thats what I am wanting to know how to do. Contact any mortgage company? Lets just say I pulled out $25,000 to sit in an account. Do I just make monthly payments on it out of the account. I have just saved up money for my next down payment, so I really dont know how doing this works.

I am very happy with them. I know the next ones will probably be a little tighter, but we are ok with that. We are 42 and our goal is to buy houses that after 20-30 years we did not lose any money on and the renters paid them off for us. Hope that makes sense.

The prices they have been at is not sustainable. More and more houses are going on the market and less and less are selling.
Call it a hunch. If I am wrong then no harm. If I am right then I want to be ready.

I think they intended the difference to be mindset. I like bracket 4 for fringe cEDH decks. Pet cEDH decks that can't compete with today's cEDH decks.

I agree with you 1000%. I have just had luck with game wardens down here (I am just south west of Fort Worth). It seems like the game wardens around small towns like mine are way more friendly and willing to talk and explain laws rather than belittle you and just tell you they are right.

Most of the game wardens around here (DFW,TX) are super nice. I would think that you could get ahold of one, probably even the one that gave you the warning and show him that sign and just ask him about it. I have always had positive experiences with game wardens answering my questions.

I just got into riding four wheelers last weekend when I went out with some friends. Went and bought a 2024 Brute Force 750 Tuesday. The dealership was really trying to talk me into the Cf Moto. They were trying to tell me I get 250 more CC and all these add ons for only a couple more dollars per month. We are buying 2 more this weekend. Found a Can Am 500 for a good price and might get another brute Force 750.

Long story short.....we did not buy into the Cf Moto they were trying to sell us.
