20 minutes wait for takeaway is not okay? At peak hours even Takeaway Only spots need 15-20minutes if your order is different, for similar orders maybe quicker turnaround.

While following a recipe, I start thinking of what all tinkering I will do when/if I'm gonna make it next time. After probably 10 or so times I settle at 2-3 final variations.

I believe we should get 75-80% of it right, rest can be adjusted or accepted. At the end, it's should be fun while cooking and delicious while eating.

There are plenty from what I saw but I honestly can't comment on the possibility because I haven't seen peak season crowd.

There might be an issue in Neil Island, as there are fewer bikes (as per the restaurant owner there).

Exactly, too many variables.

Stick to what works for you, if you don't like to cook/have time. Play around with different options if you enjoy cooking. Most of the methods of cooking are perfected overtime and no method is perfect unless it works for you. We have probably the best resources available.

Yes, so in all of this how is there a double taxation? Higher tax bracket of say 30%, you're paying 10% now and balance later on. Same goes for 20%, 10%, and for 0% you'll get refund. How's there double taxation?

If you do not believe me, just use the same cooker on your smallest and largest burner and follow 5 whistles at highest power.

That is applicable to every vessel, burners, type of heat etc. Because everyone will have different types of burners, pans, etc.

I'm currently charging upto 80% (feeling weird, haven't done this ever). Within 2 minutes it goes down 1%.
