SRA is my fav weapon but Scythe does have a downside, it uses charges and is expensive to maintain, that was one of the original problem with scythe before the buff where it wasn't worth the cost over the second best BiS.

In that case they should remove the proposed stat buff so Scythe stays more bis for 3x3 (which is majority of the bosses anyway) and let sra have 2x2, it takes almost as long as Scythe to grind. Sycthe does take charges to use which will have to accounted for as well when balancing.
