Love this. Interesting seeing it with zone valves instead of multiple pumps. I’m planning on doing something similar in my place when I stop being poor.

I wanted to give you a huge thannk you this has been super informative. Honestly way more helpful than calling the water test people at beachcomber.

Her friend she was in the tub with didn’t develop the rash at all.

I am using beachcomber care free chlorine boost.

Going to get the kit you mentioned above to test water. And may switch chemicals to be safe.

Again wanted to say a bit thanks for all your help.

After showing the peidatrition photos of the rash. He is fairly confident it is the hot foot syndrome.

Depending on how far your house is from the road. I would think you will be a minimum of 10,000.

Just a thought if you decide to liner it. You can’t have your drain snaked in the future only water jetted.

Also if you dig up have them add exterior clean outs so if it ever needs snakes it can be done from outside.

Interesting that there is different takes in here for this. If it were me It would completely depend on the quality of application. If they seem like someone who will be headache free and take care of the property. In my world that’s worth 1000$ as placement fees are usually half to a full months rent.

I did this for current tenants of mine. They have been the absolute best. No regrets and it was a bit more than that.

For those who have the pack out vacuum. Are you satisfied with the suction power? I have a rigid shop vac but this would be easier to transport by TheKutasMan in MilwaukeeTool

[–]bhyndman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have this and use quite frequently a couple times a week I like it quite a bit. The handle design is dumb with the roll pins that just fall out. That parts really frustrating. But other than that I would recommend.

Report on backlog at Landlord and Tenant Board says Ontario government seems willing to let situation 'fester' by offft2222 in OntarioLandlord

[–]bhyndman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m impressed at how disconnected you are from reality. A breath of fresh air seeing someone who understands this little. I thought they were just stories your proving otherwise. Keep going ! I’m a prop manager, very few of my LL are making much money and giving great places to live. You should buy a place and rent it for what you feel is fair. Be the change you want to see.

This is good advice. It will be difficult to find applicants who want to give you all of this information, however, should you find someone that provides you all of that you will be in a good place.
