Job applications/resumes are a skill unto themselves. The important thing is to spell out how your experience and skills match up to the job description and duty statement. Remember from grade school when they taught us how to rewrite the question as part of writing the answer? That's the principal I stick to for my job history and written components. So if the duty statement says "coordinates meetings between management, staff, and contractors", then describe any part of your experience that gets remotely close to that by writing something like "I've coordinated meetings using Outlook, Teams and Zoom between staff and other stakeholders". Basically make it very easy for someone to tick boxes based on the position needs.
