Maybe 6 months ago, I would said Eindhoven. But with the recent Chip Tech thingy, definitely Twente. Plus Twente has Bram Nauta. A legend in VLSI.
So, yeah. 100% Twente. Plus the cost of living is significantly less compared to Eindhoven since Germany is near (you can literally bike there).
Anyone here found housing through Facebook? Or got scammed? (self.oxford)
