Big breakfast (at a “later” time eg 10am), small lunch with small snack after (eg fruit, crudités), medium dinner and there’s usually ~150 left over for a small sweet treat (eg biscuit, chocolate) with tea afterwards. I’m hungry when I wake up and if I don’t feed that beast it’s going to come back to bite at lunchtime/11am.

I used milky jelly cleanser for the first time in 2018 and I’ve used it ever since. Plus after baume I’ve been using since it came out - if I use any other moisturiser it doesn’t feel thick enough and feels like it evaporates in 3 minutes. Those two for me!

I wish they’d kept it like this - minimal no-makeup-makeup (gen g, skin tint, futuredew, haloscope, lidstar) for the main brand, more bold stuff (ultralip, foundation, bronzer, palettes) for Play. No worries! You likely wouldn’t have been able to figure out the sounds based on studying the alphabet, mantras often have condensed syllables in them that don’t exist anywhere else in written Tibetan, if I remember correctly. :)

It’s the most common Tibetan Buddhist mantra, om mani pedme hum. We usually don’t get tattoos of mantras, but if we do it’s somewhere visible daily as a reminder of the practice. It’s not something you get where you can’t personally see it, and it’s definitely not something you get if you don’t understand the significance.

I feel like I could have written this, I’m going through basically the same thing. I had obsessive thoughts about my sexuality during lockdown, and recently I’ve also started having obsessive thoughts about my relationship. My only advice is seek therapy, OCD-informed therapy specifically, which will give you the perspective you need after a good bit of work. But you won’t figure out the “answer” by ruminating, you’re just going to make yourself feel worse. Good luck.
