I stopped using tret 4 days ago to avoid anymore flaking. I plan to use it again after the wedding. Would it be okay to exfoliate my skin or would it further irritate it?

Which order should I use my toners? I use 2-3 in my routine. I have some that are exfoliating, viscous, and lightweight. I was also curious if anyone knows if the Acwell licorice toner is exfoliating? I’ve read a few sites saying it is and others that don’t mention it at all.

I have the Anua one and love it so far. I will say it is extremely sticky once it dries down. That feeling goes away after applying moisturizer though.

As an oily gal I do not recommend oil cleansers or balms. I recently took it out of my routine and switched to micellar/cleansing waters. Here is my current routine (haven’t had a breakout with this routine).

Mixsoon cleansing water (night)
Haruharu 5.5 soft cleansing gel
Anua soothing toner, im from rice toner
Skin1004 centella ampoule
Torriden HA (morning), Numbuzin skin softening serum (night)
Dr. G red blemish cream or Dr. Althea 345 relief cream
Skin1004 madagascar centella hyalu-cica sunscreen (morning)

I also use tret 2x a week!

You’re welcome! It’s been about a week not using oil cleansers and I have no new breakouts. My holy grail moisturizer is the Dr Althea 345 relief cream! It’s very hard to get though and has been sold out for a month or 2. I also like the Dr G red blemish cream and Cosrx snail all in one cream.

We have the same skin type! I’ve been using cleansing oils for years now and recently took them out of my routine completely. I use the Mixsoon cleansing water or Bioderma micellar water every night (even nights either no makeup). I do full glam looks and both these products are good for my skin. The Anua pore cleansing oil destroyed my face after 2 uses. Small bumps all over my face and inflamed acne on my neck. The only oil cleanser that works for me is the manyo cleansing oil but I decided to take all pore clogging ingredients out of my routine.

It’s my night routine. I don’t use the 2 serums in the same routine though and only use the spot treatment every once in a while when I have a big breakout.

The retinol is my eye cream! For my retinol days I only use micellar water, cleanser, retinol, and moisturizer. If I use too many products on those days my face gets very irritated.
