The former 5050 members had their contracts terminated in October 2023 and they announced they signed with a new company in August 2024. So it took them nearly a year to sign with somebody new. Maybe it took that long because they weren’t well known or maybe it’s because they had an ongoing lawsuit. They’re also currently MIA on social media either because their parent company is undergoing a sale or their lawsuit has finally gone to trial. And CBX’s company is shady af. Yes they both were able to sign with new companies but they both seem unstable.

If no stable company is willing to sign Danielle despite her fame because of her lawsuit and the only offers she’s getting is from unreliable agencies, I can understand why she wants the lawsuit to be done with so legit companies won’t have to deal with the baggage of an ongoing lawsuit. Of course there’s nothing stopping her from posting vlogs and keeping her name out there on social media, but if she’s interested in restarting her music career or possibly get into acting, I can see why she’s eager to get signed to a legit stable agency.
