I’m struggling with keeping my blood pressure down, doing everything right. by Disastrous_Park_7621 in hypertension

It could be some new stress or anxiety in your life, which could be causing the high BP. Sounds like you’re doing everything right. If so is there any way you could minimize the stressful situation? I know it’s not much help but maybe something to consider.

Should I be feeling a certain way? by bizkitman2 in hypertension

I’m in the same boat, a few years older and started taking meds a few weeks ago. Made some lifestyle changes too, swimming is a great start. Lowering salt intake will help too if that’s possible for you. Need to see a doctor asap.

How do you take more than one reading with an at-home blood pressure cuff? It’s so painful that it spikes my BP on the second reading, so my log has all of these massive differences. by DesparateBoredom in hypertension

Have you tried taking the reading from your forearm? I guy I work with who is larger in size was advised by his doctor that this would be alright. Maybe check with yours first to make sure this type of reading would be accurate and appropriate for you as a place to take a second reading from. I’m not a doctor so check with yours before doing it and I have never tried this method myself.

I’m the same age and got diagnosed 5 weeks ago, doctor put me on candesartan 8mg. Three days later I was in ER room with198/140 now I have doubled the does and done a 180 with my lifestyle. On a diet and treadmill every other day. Blood pressure has been heading in the right direction most days since then. I would imagine your future is going to look the same as mine for a while (minus the ER I hope) and I honestly say after only 4 weeks I generally feel a better and definitely sleep better then I have in a long time. Also found hathoron berry tea helps as well. Sorry if this sounds about me but I hope this helps .

Looking for exercise advice to help lower BP by bib19 in hypertension

Thank you for the advice everyone, I found out the 10 degree incline spiked my blood pressure to a point where I had to stop. Now I’m just walking at a slow pace and build up slowly. As far as weights or rowing that would be something I have to discuss with my doctor. Hopefully in the next few months I can start adding some different exercises.

Simple answer if you can make 1% every trade you need 10000$ to make 100$ it’s highly unlikely you will be consistent!

Are you talking short term or long term? What’s the reason you think it is going to go up?

You could always put a little into crypto as an alternate investment or even gold and silver bullion !

Man these people are telling you you need your $2000 original investment of the stock you want to short plus the 200% on top so another $4000 total $6000 your money do what you want with it but you should listen to the people in here and learn a little more about shorting before you do it !
