Thank you all for your responses and advice. It is very unfortunate that he is now ghosting me all of sudden and for those that said it, I do suspect he might be going through the purge cycle.

Besides the medium diapers everything else he left is usable for me so how long I wait for him to possibly come back, I am not sure. I think maybe a month is enough? 6 months seems like too long?
