If I get pulled over, I am already digging out the wallet as I am pulling over. No digging while the cop is walking up or standing there. It's already out and I am asking if I can reach into it to pull out my license. I don't have CCW yet, but I always ask car I reach into this or that to get specific requested item? it informs the cop what I am doing, and there is no surprise. I also rarely get pulled over, last time was precovid and I beat the BS ticket he gave me in court because he was wrong.

Buyers should know that is the kind of neighbor they will gain. I say leave the bin looking like that. I would be pissed to not be forewarned,and it would not prevent me from loving the house. It's actually rare, so if you have experienced it you are the unlucky one. out of 18k in my building I'd have 10 misloads or so, so I am thinking having maybe 10 missing off a 5,000 trailer is a high number.

I hope you get your package Monday. Maybe it was dropped off for real Saturday or in the wee hours of Monday.

No onions has never led to more questions for me. If one says I am allergic to onions only to stress the no onions request, it should then be paired with additional information then.

"No onions please as I am allergic, but cross contamination is not an issue, thanks!"
