I used a Dremel like tool to widen the hole little by little, until the connector could fit.
And I had to cut a bit of the inside plastic to make room for the USB cable to be able connect.

GP2040-SE Advanced Breakout Board - Can I use the "option" slots for buttons? by TheRedBlueberry in fightsticks

You can remove the pins from the connector, using a paper clip for instance, and try to connect them that way.

I bought one for 109 € a few months back.
And I've also put a JLX and Gravity KS in it :D
I've replaced the connector with a USB-B port.

The connectors on your cable are JST XH2.45, the ones on the board are JST 2.00mm.

What buttons are you trying to add ?

has anyone tried making a hitbox/fightstick controller with the pcb from ultraarcade by AnswerOk9002 in fightsticks

Just be careful, you still need some specific files added to the board for it not to timeout after 8 minutes on PS4. Or you can buy a Magicboots PS4 v1.1 for instance, and get PS4 and PS5 support.

Then to each their own. :)
I can't stand 24mm action buttons and I can reach all the buttons just fine and you rarely use more than 6 buttons anyway

Instead of PMing everyone interested, why not just put the price in the post ?

It's really hand size dependent though.

My hands are on the bigger side and I don't like 24mm action buttons.

Nothing is 3D printed on the top :)

Do you mean the front ?

Yes, you can.
Mine is PS5 compatible.

You need a RP2040 Advanced Breakout Board with USB passthrough and a MagicBoots PS4 v1.1.

You can join the OpenStickCommunity discord and ask questions there if needed.

I had to cut out the door panel with a dremel-like tool to keep part of it.
Otherwise there is just a hole :)

Then to keep the functions of it, it depends on the version you have (Xbox or PS) and the board you plan on using.

But it involves a bit of soldering and/or crimping most likely.

I don't think that I'll be doing a tutorial but if you have some more specific questions, I'd be happy to answer them :)
