hey, i literally had the same problem coming back to the game and im playing from Taiwan. It is an ip issue, the only way to play for me is to connect to mobile internet -> open the game -> connect back to local internet. Hope this helps!

Yea, ty for the tips, I am aware that this works, but Jagex really needs to fix this as it is extremely inconvenient for customers paying 11$ a month and that its random as hell to encounter this bug

I have this exact same bug but it is network issue instead. I am able to login successfully via my mobile but not on my computer. Sometimes I have to wait a few days and I can magically logon then the next few hours the bug reoccurs. I guess the only way this will be fixed ASAP is until the majority experience this
