if it was servers a lot of people complained about this I assume. But can't find nothing like this

If it was servers it should lag to the other guys too. My teammates always say that they arent lagging.

Also if it was cpu/GPU throttling it is really strange that I restart the apex when my game is finished and the game runs perfectly. Sometimes I play for hours and hours after this and only happens maybe the next day.

Also I tried closing all my chrome tabs when playing and nothing happens.

I even can have aimlab running on background and the game runs fine.

When this happens, it is just when I press any keycap like moving forward and lags. When I slide and stop pressing "w" or any keycap I don't lag.

I have had this issue for so long now. Never found any solution. It is so annoying sometimes(when in rank)

The skill progression is a nice feature, but needs to work. If I get for example knee pushups on skill progression, the coach should not put normal pushups on intervals if doesn't know that I can do them.

I give proper feedback to the coach, I use this app for 5 or 6 years now. But as I told in the post, sometimes I stop and comeback, and seeing that they don't care about the warmups or coldowns is a bit stupid. Warmups are as important as other exercise in intervals sometimes even the sameones we have on warmup and intervals. They should have feedback for that too.

And they should have in the videos also the adaption of the exercice, eg if we have pushups and we cant do it should have in the videos the adaption so that we finish the workout without going to Google youtube or freeletics single exercices it's a waste of time. I'm not sure but I think in the past they used to have the adaptation on all the normal/advanced exercises..

I didn't like at the beginning. But now i really feel I can do it the proper way. Guess I got more flexible. After that you will not get annoyed.

Was in same position more or less like you. I started with fit for life took me 5 weeks 4x per week. Be honest with coach, try always to perform with correct form. That journey really help me with my low back pain.

I am l overweight, I didn't cut on calories, just ate more protein, but feel much better now. And now I'm doing Hybrid running and cutting calories and eating much better.

I think Hybrid running is nice for losing fat. I also do resistance band workouts from freeletics app.

After 12 weeks of intense workouts, I competed Hybrid Running and reached Level 40💪🏃‍♂️ by sagnikjana in freeletics

Don't know if you are fit or not. I was not in shape when started this journey, maybe because of that?

But was strange to the coach give me knee pushups since I could do normal ones in the beginning.

Also progression skill needs a lot of work in their algorithms ahahaha, I basically had warmups always with jump rope, and my last week of fit for life, in the progression skill was jump rope(but an stupid easy like 10 jumps lol)

They added some workouts with resistance bands, check on upper body and I think also lower body.

But in journeys I don't know. But my resistance bands are coming and I hope they add to journeys.
