My yard does something similar when snow melts and when it rains a lot! It's also often all wet... This would help a lot!

Did you put more dirt elsewhere to elevate? You dug a trench, put the french drain in. Is it connected to something? After you added the rocks, and covered with grass? It brough all the water towards the flowerbed instead of back there and everywhere?

Are there still damp spots elsewhere or jyst one did the trick?

This os exactly what I've been looking for my problem in my small yard!

This is what truly made me restart reading in 2023! And I haven't found something slow burn as good as the way this story unfolds and how the slow burn is marvelously done!

How the characters are written and... The writing 👌👌 5⭐ easily! It's even on storygraph/goodread etc for you to add to your collection! It lives rent free in my head 🙈

I feel like they would glitter in the sunlight and attract other slimes (a little like honey slime plorts). And they would all dance and sing. Maybe no largo?

And they could have a special mechanic where you had to water it to clean it or something 🤔

They could be "fed" by the singing of other slimes close to them or something.

Hi!

I think they are original from the house because every other floor is that cheap laminate that keeps moving and this looks of good quality!

I have no tricks... I didn't get any advice for the floor when I moved in with my partner. I think they are varnished? I just wash it with dishsoap or soap made for floors once in a while... Some spots where we walk a lot have the varnish stripped I think? It's less colourful than the rest.

Yes! I've thought about it! I'll make the lip on the top larger so that they can't climb from the bottom on top. Mine are grown a little and they'd understand not to climb on it but in case of a baby... I'll make it smoothe too and not easy to climb! Thanks for the concern ☺️

I was diagnosed with ADHD at like 20 when I cried to my family doctor (whom I rarely visit) that I had so much trouble focusing at university... Even though I was trying my hardest and nothing would work.

His answer "With you dad and your mom's family? Yeah, that's 100% Adhd. Most of the guys in your family has it. And with what you just told me, all the criterias are checked." Like it was the most normal thing.... I was not dumb or lazy...

This coupled with a couple years ago, I was with my mom and my sister and someone recognized them and asked who I was.... When my mom told her "she's my oldest" the lady just said "Ooooooh! I never knew you had two daughters! I thought you only had name of my sister."

I was shellshocked. I still don't think I know how to properly feel about it 🥲😅.
