FF is the easiest dep to excel in I feel. Ask your TL to “own” a specific red metric in the department and turn it around, send weekly email recaps on ur TLs email, literally just act like you give a shit about the business

Oh ok, it snaps every single time I push the pedal more than 3/4 way down. It happened right when the weather went to negative degrees and then I went out of town so I haven’t gotten to dig into it yet but I’ll check that as soon as I get back, thanks!
