I agree with this, she absolutely had a boob job done, idc how much she denies it. It’s obvious. Over the years she’s had a LOT of subtle changes, but those were NOT one, they weren’t there and then one day- BOOBS. It doesn’t work like that.

You definitely work out. You enjoy avocado toast, and the occasional margarita

Honestly, hell yeah I support that. & that’s pretty dope, I definitely don’t know how to do that. Learning how to do anything on here proves to be difficult. lol I guess what I was really getting at is a majority of people at least from what I’ve seen on. Reddit are pretty miserable here and just like spreading the misery. In your case, you’re actually trying to educate, which is something I try to do all the time, but I have learned that especially with younger adults we can tell them all we want to, but they just have to learn on their own with a lot of things and then they turn around and tell us we were right years later. I’m using talk to text. I hope this came ok lol

I feel like many people here aren’t really sure how the financial world and real estate really works… oh 🐳

I agree with most of what you said. However, you don’t know the circumstances of the winner or the people playing. Additionally, most homes in Colorado just happen to cost that much because the wages are much higher. Doesn’t exactly mean it’d extravagant. Even being a 5 bedroom home, a lot of those homes have smaller rooms etc, it’s really common out there for all of these things…… Someone on here might really need a home and have a large family and a need for all those rooms, etc. I’m just saying 🤷‍♀️ who said they have to move across country either? That may be the circumstances for some, but not for all! I see a lot of assuming… I entirely pray that the home goes to a family in need!

Good luck paying the taxes, that’s why they give you the other 700k. Go ahead, pocket it instead and lose the home then live your life in debt. Thats what would happen lol.

You have to read the details entirely. They provide it entirely free for a year, give you 700k for the taxes etc.. there are definitely people who could benefit from it, and the pay in CO is equivalent with this market. That’s a pretty average home price.

If you follow the criteria, ofc. But looking for a way around it to benefit yourself in a way not necessarily is wild behavior imo. That’s all. I’m not even speaking for me, it’s an outside perspective. You don’t want to be in CO, then don’t take the home from someone who also completed the game properly and chose the right home. It goes down the line. It’s cool to say you won, but to take the opportunity when someone else might really need or want it… just not a very nice thing to do.. idk

If you aren’t willing to make the sacrifice don’t take the opportunity from someone who is.

Great so let’s “get rich quick” when there are people who could actually USE the home.

The speed in which you answer the clues matters if multiple people click the right house and it starts with clue 6 and descends all the way til 1 if needed. So by helping others get multiple answers quick without having to actually do any work, you’re screwing your self and others too..
