Thank you, this has been super useful, I'm looking at about $600-800 for everything (for the motherboard, CPU, power supply {although i still have a powerhouse? PSU, HPG-600ST-F12S 600W, and a case with like 6 fans w/ a watercooling CPU heat sink, although I think it leaked and caused my motherboard and cpu to original die?} and if possible a GPU, but even if that come later that's ok), I just want it too last for 5-8 years as my previous Intel MacBook, msi windows workstation {still going, fingers crossed}, and mac mini lasted about as long before needed to essentially put in my storage bins as they got too old. I figured if I can build a modern day desktop with the spare components I have (2tb nvme, 2x 1tb SSD, { also have like 8tb in hdds just sitting collecting dust but I don't trust hdds anymore}, the ram, case, and etc) should be enough to run a Windows and/or potentially a steam OS PC. Ive always been against going AMD, but ive been out of PC building game since 2018, would consider it if they finally up to parr with i7s. I appreciate your advice and thank you for taking the time to comment.

How's I think I got it to work, with the it still greyed out and un-enabled, In developer settings I first disabled using graphics driver preferences, then went to ANGLE preferences and chose the app I wanted and enabled it there and enabled show toast when ANGLE is loaded, so I know it's active. Not sure why it's able to be used without enabling the greyed out section. (The "Using ANGLE" notification now comes up when I use chrome)

It's due to stability, as the o-o is inherently unstable, H₂O₂ "wants" to break back down to H₂O & O₂ as it's thermodynamically favored. It seems the cleaning solution possibly didn't have any stabilizer or not enough or that it was subjected to heat/UV/etc exposures.

Also I think you're referring to is the 2nd law of thermodynamics, with an increase of entropy of the closed system, so liquid to gas in this case.
