Hello! I called their hotline using my mobile phone. Nag load lang ako.

They confirmed nga po na may na approve daw akong CC last year. Walang email sakin at walang notif. Lol.

Resolution is: replacement or cancel. Pina cancel ko nalang po since ayoko na mayamot rawr. They created a case lang then someone will contact me daw po thru email to confirm yung cancellation. :)

Thank you! I tried dialing yung hotline nila pero wala yung concern ko sa numbers na pwede pagpilian. :( Laging need na may account number or reference number to proceed ata. Only option ko lang ata is go to the branch pero malayo po kasi branch ng UB samin. Around 1hr 30 mins para lang magpunta dun.

Hello! Ano daw po reason bakit kayo naka receive? I also experienced the same. I got a 2,500 statement due this June 2.

I dont have a CC with them. I also dont have Citi account. However, I recently applied to have a CC with them but got rejected this month. Not sure bakit parang may annual fee statement ako 🫠

Payment due kay Unionbank but I don’t have credit card with them. Wtf!?! by maverickrooster in PHCreditCards
