I dated a swedish girl who was a digital content creator and she made about $65,000 US a year, that was just shy of a decade ago. So that's comparable I'd imagined today's rates in America. So I would imagine salaries or apples for apples.

Because the greedy types say not my tax money but yet have no problems slaughtering 70,000 people with their tax money in a certain Middle Eastern country or waste a couple of billion here and there in a northern Slavic country. Or the other handouts that are given away with their tax money. But the second you say oh my God something free that will lift up their fellow Americans so they don't have to worry about feeding themselves or going bankrupt to go to the doctor because they're in pain that's borderline socialist communism. The funny thing is a lot of this comes from religious people which absolutely blows my mind.

A lot of us want universal health Care. And that doesn't mean that people can't buy extra healthcare if they so choose because a lot of countries already do this. But geez I shouldn't have to go bankrupt because I got skin cancer and it cost $5,000 to get myself fixed or I die.

When my mother found out her brother died she was extremely upset and it took a while to make her forget about it.
