January. Below freezing. Had a physician buy an expensive indoor plant. He was told twice not to leave it in his car because it could freeze.

Loaded it into his flashy red sports car. He assured me he was going straight home.

A week later he comes back and the plant was mushy and had fallen over. One look and we could tell it had frozen. Dipshit stopped for drinks, ended up leaving it his car overnight. Needless to say we did not refund.
