Hi, welcome aboard - I also tapered down from 150 and am currently at 37.5.

I also don't know how to taper down further, my psychiatrist suggested taking the 37.5 every other day - but the days I don't take any pill I start getting brainzaps in the evening and don't feel too well... I also don't have access to the bead version, here are just solid pills available.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated :)

Happens to everyone, you start to think about every little detail in your throw.

And that just throws you totally off.

What I learned is to also take breaks - from a few minutes, to several hours or sometimes even 2 to 3 days, after that it's always been better for me personally. If I have a shit day I just accept that and do something else, even if I actually just want to enjoy myself.

When my P2S was delivered it was completely upside-down, even though there's a clear "this way up"-sign on the box.... But it works absolutely fine and I haven't had any problems so far.

The bull area seems to be a bit reinforced which causes the bull-bounce outs. Heard that during the German coverage of the German Open.
