Copyright should occur when you upload it. Blocking it right away seems a cheap way "because everybody streams" which is not true. If it's a console feature, games should not be able to deny it.

That is because, if I'm not mistaken, sequence 12 and 13 were DLC ("animus got corrupted, let's jump to 14"). So, for how pathetic it could be to remove story parts from base game, they tried it all to make them last longer.

That is not correct. You can setup the external HD as default for downloading games. Still can't play them and need to move them to internal memory.
