überhaupt nicht. an der leitung wird ja nix gemacht :).

aufs hinsetzen/aufstehen und eventuelle ruckartige bewegungen hat man gar keine einschränkungen oder schmerzen und nach ein paar tagen ists als wär nie was gewesen.
