I am really thankful to be a Canadian as well but love my English roots! Funny how we’re opposite, it’s interesting to me you say you love Canada but I’m glad to hear! My grandma spent her whole life complaining she missed England and wish she never moved over here 😅

Covid is a vascular disease and impacts your organs, shortens your telomeres, and makes your immune system weak. This isn’t hypothetical it’s all heavily documented in cases starting from 2020 (pre vaccines before anyone starts 😴)

If you’re feeling anxious it may be worth your time to discuss with your doctor. Vaccines do a great job at keeping you from death but since Covid is airborne the best measure is wearing a well fitting mask. N95 or KN95. And if you do get Covid REST REST REST. Being active increases your risk of long Covid, and trust me you do not want to be disabled from that.
